Physician Associates will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures. The PA will provide a holistic and clinical service, with support from GPs as required, implementing agreed management plans and following approved protocols as appropriate.

Healthcare Assistant  Billie-Jean Weston (Female)

Healthcare Assistants assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.

Clinical Pharmacist  Harkiran Dhanjal, Safinaz Essa, Safiya Musa.

Clinical Pharmacists work as part of the general practice team to improve value and outcomes from medicines and consult with and treat patients directly. 

Mental Health Facilitator  Dorothy Funani

Mental Health Facilitators work within primary care to assess and support the mental and physical health care for people who are on the SMI register.

Social Prescriber  Dinal Patel

Social Prescribers connect people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.
