Notice of Temporary Patient List Closure

To whom it may concern,

This notice is to inform you that The Surgery @ Aylestone will temporarily be unable to register new patients as of 22nd May 2023. 

We have reluctantly taken this decision due to the current overriding demands facing General Practice. This decision was made with the full support of the Surgery’s Patient Participation Group and the Local Medical Committee. We apologise for having to close our patient list but patient safety and the wellbeing of our staff is always our priority.
