SystmOnline is a range of free of charge online services to allow patients to proactively manage their care. These services allow patients to view their own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as booking appointments and managing medication. SystmOnline is available as an online service or via apps, providing patients with convenience and flexibility when managing their care.
Online Service
Using SystmOnline is easy – your healthcare service can give you a password to login. If you are a patient who would like help on how to use SystmOnline, click here. The online service enables patients to access their summary information within patient records (allergies, medications, adverse reactions). SystmOnline also allows patients to:
Manage their appointments
Request repeat medication
Update demographic details
Complete questionnaires

Apps
The SystmOnline app is available for Apple and Android devices. It can be downloaded free of charge from the relevant app store. The app allows patients to manage any aspect of their healthcare all from one place. It offers much of the same functionality as the online service.
The app has extra functionality to the online service to promote patient responsibility for their care. This additional functionality includes:
Adding appointments to the phone calendar and set reminders.
The potential to use integrated Google Maps functionality to identify nearby NHS services.
